I have a lump on my right calf, towards the right side on my right leg, I can feel it when I just run my finger/hand over it and it feels odd when I press on it, why is this? It doesn;t cause me any pain but what could this mean. However, I also have calf pains when I walk; could this be a cause?
Mostly it may be a lipoma... which is a simple collection of fat... can be confirmed by ultrasonogram or simple needle biopsy... Treatment needed only if size increases or cozing discomfort to you... in form of simple excision..
