Suggest Treatment For A Lump On The Penis

Two weeks ago I had a golf cart accident and got stitches, the stitches are now out and my wound is slowly healing. However, two days ago I noticed a lump about the size of a dime around my penis (under the skin). I have never had sex before and just this morning I started having diarrhea with mucus stuff in it. Are these things connected, and what's going on?
