Suggest Treatment For A Lump On The Scalp Caused Due To To A Fall

I fell and banged my head on a night out Sunday night. Monday morning I woke up with a bump at the front of my scalp just behind my hair line. I ve had a severe headache since that s getting worse and expanding more and more from the bump. My thinking and concentration is very poor since and I can t remember anything fr that night including the fall which is probably fr the alcohol. Should I consult a doctor?

It seems from the history that you are having lump on the head following fall. This lump is because of hematoma as a result of impact of injury.
This will respond to cold compression and use of anti-inflammatory drugs.

But since you are having the symptoms of loss of memory, this requires evaluation to rule out concussion head injury.
