I discovered a small bb sized lump under my testicle that feels to be attached to my testicle by a vein or something. I am concerned if it is a part of my reproductive system like a lymph node or something or do I have a problem. It is hard and very sensitive to pressure.
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of having a hard lump attached to your testicle by vein. I think you are talking about attachment to the skin of the scrotum as you have said it to be attached by a vein. I would think of a papiloma or so as the most probable cause and would advise you the following. Since such lumps are benign, you may stop worrying about this as a cancer or so. You may keep this under observation or can go ahead with a small procedure to get it operated and excised. IF this lump is within the scrotal sac and attached to the testis, please get the ultrasonography and color doppler examination to see the reasons and get treated accordingly.
