Suggest Treatment For A Lump On The Testicles
Hi, woke up one morning with a marvel size lump on the upper part of my testicles. A few months back the same lump appeard and in a few days it completely went away. Now it came back over night. Same size as before. What is it and will it go away again?

The lump on the top of the penis that you have is called Spermatocele .
It is a benign cyst and does not need any treatment .
Treatment is advised only when there is sudden increase in size or it becomes painful.
Please consult qualified General surgeon or Urologist for clinical examination and get Ultrasound Scanning of scrotum to confirm the diagnosis.
