Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
First of all do not panic.
Usually, after finishing the course of
progesterone tablets, the periods start within 3 to 10 days. If you do not get your periods even after 15 days of finishing the tablets then please get back to your treating doctor.
Secondly, USG should be done to know about ovarian status, ovarian volume and echo texture. This will help to rule out PCOS-
polycystic ovaries syndrome, as a cause for your
irregular periods.
If PCOS is detected, you need to make healthy lifestyle changes.
I will suggest you to opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen.
Include more portions of fruits and vegetables and salads in daily diet.
Avoid refined sugars and deep fried foods and bakery products in the diet.
Drink plenty of water.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
