Suggest Treatment For A Missed Period Despite Taking Duphaston
Hi. I ve been diagnosed with PCOS, both ovaries. Missed my period for 16months now. My OB advised me to take Duphaston, twice a day for 1 week, took my last pill and it is already 3 days after my last pill but still no period. Kindly advise when will I expect my period and is it normal? Thank you!

Hi,
You can wait for 1 more week and if no bleeding is there then better to get an ultrasound scan to rule out any abnormalities of ovaries and uterus.
Endometrial thickness has to be measured. It could be hormonal issues.
