Last year, I had a smal tiny mole on my tummy which I broke my mistake in the shower. This mole came back this year, but this time grew twice or more bogger. And in sleep I kind of broke it open as well. It s still attached but bleeding. Should I worry about it and run to the doctor?
I can understand your concern for small, tiny mole on tummy which you broke by mistake in the shower. You have not told us your exact medical history so that I should have helped you better or anything related to mole in past or in your family member having any history of melanoma.
Usually most of the moles are benign and small moles are of normal in nature without a tendency to get converted into melanoma. I guide my patients for certain specific feature in moles such as itching or burning or pain in any mole or irregular borders in your mole or any change in colors you observed in your mole or size more than pencil eraser or 6mm size.
In your condition there are no such features as mentioned above. So you can relax for all the issues regarding mole. There is no meed to run to doctor but if the mole is bleeding continuously then I suggest you to get it excised.
All the best.
