Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Bump near the clitoral region, which is increasing in size and is painful is most likely to be the folliculitis or furuncle. This is a bacterial infection, and will be treated only when proper antibiotics and pain killers are taken. I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined internally and get appropriate treatment timely. Hope you found the answer helpful. Regards Dr Deepti Verma OBGYN
