Suggest Treatment For A Painful Bump On The Forehead

My eight year old son bumped his head at school two days ago and left a small cut on his forehead and a bump. On the same day the kids had outdoor activities with the bright sun shining. He came home from school and complained of a headache and dizziness but had been checked out by an emt and got cleared of concussion. That evening about five hours later he pucked. He has had diarrhea since and been complaining of stomach pain. Which of the two is causing this, concussion or heat stroke?
