I got this bump on my leg that is causing me great pain. At first I thought it was a pimple or something i did not have to worry about. When I looked at it yesterday (its located in my inner thigh) it was swollen but did not hurt as much. Today it started hurting a lot and is affecting my walking because of my clothes rubbing on the inner thigh. The whole section that the bump takes place is red with a purple/grey inner circle. What could this possibly be and what should I do to get rid of it.
It may be pyoderma. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you a course of antibiotic and antiinflammatory drugs. Apply antibiotic cream on the lesion. Take rest. Avoid walking for few days.
Hope this helps.
