Suggest Treatment For A Painful Cyst On The Chest

Hello, I have a cyst that developed five months ago on my chest. The doctor gave me the same topical antibiotic prescription three times and it did nothing. Now it seems to be leaking. At first there was a clear yellow liquid, and then a white one. This went for two days. Yesterday I noticed it was bigger and dark brown. Today it is leaking an orange liquid which is very thick. Is this normal? Should I try to force the liquid out?

Donot handle the lump. It would be ideal to consult a surgeon at the earliest as your symptoms need a detailed evaluation.
