Suggest Treatment For A Painful Lump In The Throat

Hello Doctor, i feel pain in side throat, then after 2 days found cyst which enlarge automatically. next 3/4 days its blast. after blast the cyst then no pain. feel normal life. first i feel 1992 when i was 22 years. right now i am 43 years. last 15 years no problem. after long time i feel such same problem again. highly appreciate if you could advise advise solution. best regards Monirul Islam Bangladesh

I would advise you to undergo USG or MRI once cyst enlarges followed by possible surgery depending upon the type and extent of cyst.
