Suggest Treatment For A Painful Lump On The Anus
Hello doctor, I have this pimple or bump i dont lnow what it is near my anus about a inch or two away from my anus and it stings an aticks out quite a bit when i rub over it ! It burns and i wonder if i shoukd take a shower or not ? Could it be from lack of hygeine ? Please help doctor!

it could be any of these perianal lesions - an abscess formation, a fistula-in-ano, fissure, anal polyp or a hemorrhoid. it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a general surgeon, for medical and physical examination. diagnostics such as proctoscopy and management (medical and/or surgical) will be directed accordingly.
