General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

noted history of painful lump in your labia majora. it may be folliculitis, usually occurs after shaving or when hair is accidentally pulled-out, or a cystic formation. it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a gynecologist or a general surgeon, for physical examination and clinical evaluation. medical (proper antibiotic regimen) and surgical (excision if indictaions are found) management will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
