Welcome to HCM. Understanding your concern. As per your query painful white-head pimple on lip are not pimples, these are formed due to blockage of sweat and sebaceous glands by keratin. There are chances that you have developed a superficial infection over the lip areas.I would advise you not to touch the affected area too much. Clean it with a lukewarm water twice a day and apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over it twice a day. Pantosal ointment is very effective antimicrobial agent. Apply ice packs on the lesion. Maintain hygiene. Do not apply any other cream or oil over it. Take multivitamins and healthy diet. Drink plenty of water. Your symptoms will resolve in 3- 5 days.
