Suggest Treatment For A Painless Bump On The Penis
I'm wondering if a large bulge on the lower right side of the penis near the base of the penis could be something serious. There is no pain. There is no blood in the urine and it would not be even noticed until an erection occurs. Only when the penis is erect can anything be seen at all.
