i noticed a lump on my penis after masturbation a couple of weeks ago. I had been masturbating a lot and used a different technique. It was not until after that that i noticed a painless puffy lump on the left side of my penis shaft. This lump generally goes away. However, it will sometimes go away and i can feel a hard vein in its place.... When i stretch it out it looks as if there is some sort of clear liquid in it. I am very concerned about this.... I noticed many other people have posted similar issues.. I am 26 yrs old and sexually active however, this obly showed up after masturbation.
