upon a biopsy of a papule 1/2 in in diameter on my face, near the jaw bone, Reactive lymphoid hyperplasia was indicated in the path report. The papule, of a doughy consistancy is still there , somewhat smaller. What can i do to eliminate its presence. It looks like a large pimple but not very red in color.

There are many factors which can trigger occurrence of acne like stress , hormones, sun exposure and oily skin. I would suggest you to wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day and consult your dermatologist if condition doesn't get better for proper examination .Doctor may prescribe oral antibiotics or oral retinods. You should avoid touching and pricking it and cover it to prevent sun exposure. You should avoid touching area again and again.
