Suggest Treatment For A Pea Sized Bump On The Upper Lip
A sudden bump appeared on my upper lip with no prior symptoms (that I noticed) it s not painful yet, seems to be colorless, maybe a little bit pale, and about the size of a pea. It just suddenly appeared 1 minute ago from nothing to what it is now. It tingles slightly. It s not inside my mouth at all.
I have analyzed your complaints and your problem seems related to urticaria. It is a condition that presents just like you described and is usually sudden in appearance.
If you are on any medication especially like analgesics, antibiotics, barbiturates, etc, make sure to take them only if that is a must and that too in low doses. Anyone with such description would be greatly benefited from the use of Anti allergic like Cetirizine which usually show effects within 30 minutes or so.
However, if the problem worsens and you feel difficulty in breathing, then you might need steroids.
Most cases settle with the anti allergic and I am sure that you will take appropriate action to handle the situation.
Best wishes
