Suggest Treatment For A Problem In The Knee Caused By Running

hello,I am a soccer player. I started playing soccer when i was a kid and since summer of 2009,I started to play almost everyday with no rest at all. I am a lefty, and i kick really stong. Then in november of 09, I went to the field to play. People were already playing, I didn't warm up and just started the game, and as I was running real fast with the ball, I took a big step to stop the ball and I heard a pop in my knee. The pain was intense, it hurt real bad that I thought it was broken. It felt like a twist(as if my thigh was turning to the right and my shin to the left). I could not walk nor bend my knee nor straighten it fully. It just hurt real bad. After 3 months, the pain went away so I started playing then in March 10 of 2010, I tried to reach the ball that was rolling to me and took a huge step and then it happened again. I thought it was ACL. but today as I was checking my thigh muscle the outer part(rectus femurus was missing). I was shocked please help me please thank you
