Suggest Treatment For A Rash On The Bottom Lip

daughter has a rash on bottom lip, started in the corner of the mouth and then across bottom. she is a lip licker, tried hydracoratzone (sP) with a little Vaseline, swelling went down, when we add the cortozone she says it burns, once she dabs Vaseline on it, doesn t burn, just no going away, no fevr

Hello respected,

it can be lip licking dermatitis/actinic chilitis.

My opinion is that try glowlip balm/lipolent UV lipbalm (lipbalm containing moisturizer sunscreen) apply 5 to 6 times a day.

and also triamcinolone gel to get rid of inflammation.

avoid sunlight and lip licking.
