Hello I am a 44 year old woman I have a pimple ish sore on my clitoris never had one there before ever it s sensitive it doesn t hurt it is super sensitive I think it was like a pimp I was going to squeeze it and rub it with alcohol if it s how do I know if it s?

Hi,

Clitoris being very highly supplied by nerves, it is very much sensitive and delicate part of genitals. Please don't try to squeeze it. Just try to keep it clean Apply mixture of Soframycin and Candid creams over the counter. Take oral anti inflammatory drug like Ibuprofen paracetamol. Get yourself checked by a gynecologist to find there is possible associated infection of vagina. If so doctor would add specific antibiotic for tour relief.
