Suggest Treatment For A Small Patch Of Dry Skin In The Clitoris

I have a small patch of dry skin on hood of my clitoris. It can get pretty itchy sometimes, but only in that small specific location. I'm assuming it might be irritated from the hot baths I take. What would be my best bet in terms of creams to help it?
