Suggest Treatment For A Small Red Bump On The Buttock

About a week ago, I noticed a small red bump above my right buttocks. At first I thought it was a pimple but there was harsh pain whenever it was touched. Then a couple of days ago, I got two more bites on the backs of my legs. However, these are much more painful and red. They are both very red around a black/brown dot in the center. Extremely painful to the touch, or when I sit down, I assumed they are from a spider but I m not sure.

Hi!! I have gone through your history and according to me you are having insect bite hypersensitivity. You should take tablet prednisolone 20 mg once daily in the morning and tablet levocetrizine 5 mg at night. Along with this apply cream containing steroid antibiotic combination like momatasone fusidic acid (momate F) on the affected areas twice daily. You can continue this for 5 days and then revert back to me for follow up. This will surely help you.
