Suggest Treatment For A Small Red Spot On The Penis

Red spot on penis not sure what it is. Haven t had sex but have been masturbating twice a day. Sometimes with lubrication others with boxers still on. It s right in the center of my penis on the rim. It doesn t ich, was going away but I masturbated again and it came back.
