Suggest Treatment For A Small Tear In My Buttock Cleavage After Sweating And Scratch

Hi,I have kind of a raw tear/ cut in my butt crack area ,it doesn’t hurt a lot but does cause a bit of discomfort.I was sweating alot the day before it happened and felt like I had a butt rash,so I stretched my skin and scratched the area and after I noticed it was a tear / scratch split in the middle.I had a similar problem the beginning of the year around my perineal area and got tested for herpes 1 & 2 but it came back negative for both.So what is this ? Is it normal ?
