Suggest Treatment For A Swelling At The Site Of Ear Piercing
I just got my ears pierced from the top. Its only been 3 days but i am in alot of pain. My ears are swillen and i can hardly sleep. They arennot infected though. Its just a new piercing. I am taking painkillers but they are not relieving any pain. I clean them twice a day with alvohol swabs and then put pyodine on them. Is there something else that i should use?

hii.welcome to healthcare magic.i understand your problem.you have swollen ears due to infection.my opinion is that,
1.dont squeeze or scratch the lesion.
2.clean the area twice daily using betadine solution.
3.apply fusiderm ointment twice daily over the lesion for 7 days.
4.take pain killers like diclofenac tablets twice daily for 7 days.
5.dont use ear rings for 2 months.
