Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Swelling is sign of Inflammation... If 24 hours have passed injury, start cold ice sponging... Take tablets containing diclofenac + serratio peptidase three times a day for 7 days with ranitidine / omeprazole twice daily...
Don't worry about blood in eye...its sub conjunctival hemorrhage... It'll resolve on its own in 15 days... Enquire for any decrease in vision... If so you need to consult an ophthalmologist...
For nasal bleeding , i advice an OTORHINOLOGIST opinion...
