Suggest Treatment For A Swollen Lump On The Vaginal Lip

I have a swollen lump on the inside of my right vaginal lip. I noticed some pain when wiping a week or so ago. But when i woke up this morning the lump was swollen. It doesn't hurt unless I touch it. My right lip is probably twice the size of my left one.
