Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

If your job is demanding normal ear drum and hearing, you must have some procedures for the tiny hole in your drum and for that it needs to be non-discharging ear.

Advise: Have and audiogram, treatment options:

1. Chemical application on drum which may take 3-4 sittings to get it, healed - you may try, it is not necessary that it will heal.

2. You may directly go through operative procedure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
