Infertility Specialist 's  Response
Hi, I think if the fibroid is is subserous all it is unlikely to cause infertility. But the exact location of fibroid whether it is obstructing the tubal openings, can be seen on a 3 D scan or MRI or a diagnostic laparoscopy. As it is indenting the endometrium, that means ot has submucosal and intramural component which may lead to infertility and may be be some complications in pregnancy like miscarriages. So, better to get it removed. Discuss with your doctor regarding this.
