hi, april 31st was the last time i preformed oral sex. a few weeks ago i got what i thought to be a zit on the centre of my chin directly below my lip. the first week it was sore when i pushed my tounge to the inside of my chin ( as if i were to push my tounge straight wilth my mouth closed until it hit the inside of my mouth) it was painful and the pressure seemed to be pushing a fluid closer to the surace, a few weeks later it still remains and it sounds like it could be a syphilis chancre although i havent experianced any other symptoms
