Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Cramping, Decreased Urination And Dizziness
Severe abdominal cramping in the upper and lower quadrants mainly midline and left side, but right side hurts at times too. Hurts worse with movement. N/V. Diharrea x 2 days. Fever and chills yesterday. Today below normal temp. Sleeping a lot. Cannot eat. Decreased urination. Lethargy. Dizziness spinning and lightheadedness

Better to visit a doctor..General physical examination USG and other routine investigations including CBC,typhidot,KFT,urine analysis is required for further step.
