Hello,
I think you are suffering from acute bacillary dysentery. It causes blood and mucus in stools. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Take a soft diet and yogurt. Take tablet oflox Ornidazole twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
