Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Chest Pain

My family has a history of Digestive problems. Colitis, and Ulcers in their digestive system. The last couple years I've noticed similar symptoms with my digestive system. Today I've had a deep pain in my abdominal area and it seems to be a throb. I first noticed it last year and lately it's been almost constant. After I eat, before I eat, if I don't eat. Throb throb throb. Today it's a pain or Pinch on my left side right under my rib cage. I've read it could just be gas, I've had a little or it could be Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms. Or something else. I just want to have an idea of what's going on with my stomach and digestive system instead of always worrying about what I can or can't eat or even when I can eat. Please help I really want a normal stomach :) or just to find out what's wrong so I can fix it.

1.Fist you need to start getting investigations done to find out the cause.
2.If you are my patient i would first examine you and ask for an ultrasound abdomen pelvis done - which will help me to narrow down my diagnosis.
3.Furthere i might go for a endoscopy to see if there are any ulcers / erosions.
4.Similar symptoms are seen in the ischemic bowel disease, colitis.
5.After narrowing the diagnosis the treatment will start.
