my girl friend is feeling left ovary pain ,pain in the lower abdomen ,dizziness ,vomiting sensation and pain while walking .it started a day after we had sex ...the pain was mild first and on the second day the pain increased and she is feeling feverish.

well with the symptoms that you have mentioned , this seems like a case of OVARIAN TORSION, with a typical waxing and waning of pain symptom on changing position, nausea, vomiting and increased pain with fever now.
please get an urgent pelvic ultasound done with doppler studies to rule out torsion as a cause, if found would warrant an urgent diagnostic laproscopy and hospital admission to save her ovary.regards
