Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Foul Smelling Loose Stools

i have stickey foul smelling runny stools, never formed, with severe abdominal pain and chills. the smell is so aweful that I can't enter the bathroom after going. 8 lbs weight lost in 4 weeks, and no desire to eat or even try as food goes thru in less than 10 minutes, then causing severe painful spasing of my lower bowel. I feel like something is trying to ram itself up into the bowel, while the bowel is spazing and feels like its going to explode out my anus opening. Help me. I feel like I'm dying.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Sticky, foul smelling stools with attendant symptoms can be due to the intestinal infection.
I was wondering that you are suffering for a long time of one month, no diagnostic or treatment history.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get stool tests for consecutive three days.
Tests of blood for CBC, thyroid, liver and Disney functions; diabetes tests and as would be needed.
Ultrasonography and CT scan of abdomen.
A course of an antibiotic, metronidazole.
Probiotics, activated charcoal.
Colonoscopy and biopsy.
Further management as per clinical evaluation and test reports.
