Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Swollen Lymph Nodes

I have had abdominal pain for months now and found out my lymph nodes were swollen a lot. Doctors don t think it is lymphoma but some kind of virus or something inside of me. I have gotten multiple ct scans, bladder checked, stool sample, etc... yet no one knows what is wrong. Some days are better than others and recently I am fine if I lay down or am relaxing, but when I get up and doing things it starts to bother me. I am also just recently noticing discomfort in my testicular area but it isn t hurting enough to where I m completely worried about it. The pain in my abdominal area tends to change and I assume it is from the swollen lymph nodes. Some times its on my right side and today it is on my lower left side. It has been going on for at least 4 months now. I couldn t even finish mowing my lawn today and had to lay down from crazy pain. I m sick of this. I am 22 years old and for me not to be able to go be active is killing me. Any ideas of what is wrong or what to do?

Hello. Thanks for posting your question on HCM. You have not mentioned the exact location and size of your abdominal lymph nodes. and if there is any history of fever, constipation, weight loss in your case as there is need to rule out intestinal tuberculosis also .
These Lymph nodes will not cause pain if they are small in size or if not compressing on intestine or if there is no obstruction to intestine due to stricture formation. Anyways, if your symptoms are persistent, you need to get CT guided FNAC from these lymph nodes to find out the exact cause. Meanwhile consult a Gastroenterologist for further course of action.
