Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Urinary Incontinence

My husband is complaining of severe abdominal pain, he is also paraplegic but very active works outside the home. It seems to be coming in waves, recently treated for bladder infection. Also fell and broke thumb Saturday has taken Tylenol 3 with codeine for 2nd night as of a few hours ago. He said his stomach itches as well. His incontinence and urine smell has also been worse. They checked him after antibiotic and said he did not have infection that was a couple of weeks ago.

It sounds like constipation. Alternatively, kidney stones. I suggest a new urinalysis and a check at your GP including abdominal palpation and rectal examination.
