GOOD AFTERNOON MY NAME IS XXXXX! I VE BEEN EXPERIENCING ADBOMINAL PAIN WITH BLOATING FOR THE PASS TWO DAYS , BURPING WITH AN ODOR , LITTLE OR NO APPETITE. I M A TYPE 2 DIABETIC AND I HAVE TO EAT. ALSO EXPERIENCING FREQUENT URINATION WITH PAIN AND BURNING.

Hi thank you for querry.
Mostly in diabetic patient due to gastropresis abdominal pain bloating may occur.
you must start with prokinetics like metocloperamide 10mg po twice
along with omeprazole 20 po once per day.
As in diabetes risk of UTI is more so frequency may be due to this one or due to glycosurea.
its better to go for RBS along with urine complete examination.
