General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.

Well, from the history your present symptoms are not at all related to the hernia operation.
Get checked by an ENT Surgeon fro ENT endoscopy and clinical evaluation to see for the reasons for burning sensation on the face and scalp, irritant coughing , extra flame in your throat..

Get treated with decongestants, antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicines.. and you will be fine.
It looks that the strain from coughing and the gym work-outs are causing these problems .
