Hi,I am Dr. Radhakrishna (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am 29 years old male. I have been experiencing some pain in my left abdomen. The pain aggravates in the morning when I get up. And only after an hour and going to washroom does it become manageable. I also feel my tummy full most of the time in the day and some kind of air accumulation near chest. There are increased instances of burps.
Sir, could you please advise some corrective action and health related changes to get rid of this health related issue.
welcome to Health care magic. 1.History suggest me, some inflammatory / infective bowel pathology, gastritis can not be ruled out in your age. 2.Suggest you to have basic diet for 2-3weeks, avoid spicy and junk food, alcohol, cigarette if you smoke. And see the change - if it is there then you have to minimise the habits. 3.If not relived then needs a endoscopy and an ultrasound abdomen pelvis for better evaluation. 4.Try the above if the pain and discomfort is manageable. If not then you have to get an appointment and get the needful tests done.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health. Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
