Hello,
Your partner is experiencing
abdominal pain post intercourse. It can be due to formation of gas that can cause such symptoms, she should avoid eating spicy, oily junk food as it may trigger the symptoms. She should take adequate amount of water to ensure, she's not dehydrated. Penetrative sex can push air into the vagina or anus. If the air becomes trapped, it can cause gas-related pain in the upper abdomen or even in the chest.
Other medical conditions that can cause the symptoms are UTI, PID, orgasm (due to intense
muscle contraction), deep penetration,
fibroid or STD. To get relieve from pain she can take PPI's (
proton pump inhibitors), one stat when needed. She can also take Spasmoproxyvone, spasmol, one stat when pain for relieve. She is suggested to get clinically examined by a Gynae to rule out PID, STD (both partners should take STD test), UTI (
Urinalysis -C/S and R/E). She should stay away from addictions if any. She will be accordingly treated.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
