Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain , Shortness Of Breath And Cough

I had sudden sevear abdominal pain and shorten of breath, I tried to poo forcefully and did with all my powers but my body was too hot inside and I was coughing for two hours and shorten of breath. what could be the reason? I am non smoker and no allergy.

I can understand your situation and problem.
Sudden onset coughing, breathlessness and abdominal pain are seen in
1. Lung conditions like pneumothorax, severe bronchospasm, Pulmonary embolism etc.
2. Abdominal conditions like severe gastritis, gastric perforation, intestinal obstruction etc.
So consult doctor and get done
1. Chest x ray(for pneumothorax), PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) (for bronchospasm) and if needed CT Pulmonary Angiography (for Pulmonary embolism).
2. X ray abdomen standing and ultrasound examination of abdomen.
All these conditions need urgent treatment. So better to first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
