Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain

I have had severe back and abdomen pain for about two weeks. CT scan show mild prominence of the renal collecting bilaterally no obstruction lesions identified; right ovarian cyst measures up to 3.4 cm in transverse dimension. OBGYn did vaginal exam - no pain or tenderness, doesn t feel pain would be from the ovarian cyst. Where to go now? I had gastric bypass eight years ago and a tummy tuck almost two years ago. also, had a dvt with rhabdomylosis about a year ago.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted all the history related to gastric bypass, tummy tuck, pain in abdomen 2 weeks, CT scan showing fullness kidney pelvis, ovarian cyst for which Gyne has examined you.
You should consult an Urologist and go for further studies like intravenous pyelography to find the cause of the obstruction.
A proper diagnosis is required for the proper treatment.
