Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Scar Tissue On Stomach After C Section
I have a tremendous amount of abdominal scar tissue due to 2 C-Section along with hanging my left ovary removed. I was cut in the same incision 3 times.I have a kangaroo pouch that I cannot get rid of even with proper diet and exercise. Will the kangaroo pouch ever go away without having to have surgery or is surgery my only option for removal?
The Plastic surgery is only treatment for the ugly scar. You C-section scar has lot of fibrous tissue and the fibrous tissue will only removed by surgery and transplantaion of Skin from another site of body. This is lengthy and costly procedure. The effect of bad scar is only cosmatic. You have another choice. The treatment is only supportive- a) Massage by tissue oil and hot fomentation atleasrt once a day. b) Low dose ultavoilet lamp exposure to the lamp. Please use glasses to save eyes by ultravoilet exposure.
