Suggest Treatment For Abnormal Behavior And Eating Pattern In A Child

i have a big concern for my friend s baby.He spits out food,not talking in senetences,scared of everyone he comes in contact with,and he is still on the bottle at 26 months old.the main thing that I dont understand is that he finds hair and eats it, like everyday.Please let us know what this means

He is eating hairs almost daily means that he is suffering from Trichotillomania.
Better you consult Psychiatrist for his problem.
