Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. I have gone through your query and would like to offer some suggestions. Firstly, self medication to induce a medical abortion is not advisable. Secondly, the persistent spotting can be due to an incomplete abortion; infection also has to be ruled out. I would ask you to see a specialist immediately for further management. You need a sonogram of the pelvis preferably in the trans-vaginal route to detect any residual products in the uterus. Further management can be planned accordingly. Please use regular contraception in future to prevent such unwanted pregnancies. Hope this helps.
