Suggest Treatment For Abnormal Pap Smear After Cancerous Tissue Removed

i am 47 years old and have had pre-cancerious tissue removed from the vaginal wall but my paps continue to come back abnormal. What other options are available for this? I don't see my oncologists for another month and I am really apprehensive regarding what treatment he may suggest.
